Robyn Goldin

Robyn is not only an amazing Pilates instructor, but she can also cook up a storm! She’s been feeding us at retreats for 5 years now, and we always come home wondering how we can get her to cook for us every day - her food is that good.

Peta Bayfield

Peta is our resident life coach. Full of warmth and smiles, she’ll make you feel welcome, calm, and resilient. In her workshops, you’ll explore your inner self and get thinking in new ways. If you have any requests at the retreat - she’s your gal!

Sharn is a little ray of sunshine and a rocket of energy and fun. She’s a jack of all trades and may even guest appear in the kitchen. Sharn is always up for a nice chat and loves helping our retreaters laugh.
