In our spacious St Ives studio, we’ll help you define and achieve your unique goals with a Pilates program designed just for you. With up to four people in your session, you’ll receive focused personalised attention that inspires, motivates, and supports you every step of the way. Your experience will be enhanced using a variety of Pilates equipment, such as reformers, trapeze tables, barrels and wunda chairs.

Decide on your weekly routine

Choose a membership to suit you

Step 1 | Book your initial consult either online, over the phone or via email. When you attend this 50-minute, in-depth 1:1 consult you'll start by discussing your goals and any injuries with one of our highly qualified Pilates instructors. This will be followed by a movement assessment using the Pilates equipment.

Step 2 | At the end of your initial consult your instructor will advise you on the best Pilates weekly routine that focuses on your unique goals and abilities. This might incorporate semi-private sessions and/or reformer, mat, barre group classes.

Step 3 | Deciding on the best membership for you. Membership options are determined by how often you attend the studio on a weekly basis. Our team will guide you through this process.
