Pilates is a body conditioning routine developed by Joseph H Pilates in the 18th Century.

Pilates increases strength, balance, and flexibility. It also improves spinal/pelvic alignment and with controlled breathing techniques, calms your nervous system and improves mental focus.

Our St Ives studio offers a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere to students of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities. Our bright, spacious studio is fitted with state-of-the-art Pilates equipment and is open 6 days a week, offering group and semi-private sessions.
