This Policy Is Subject To Constant Updates & Changes. We have implemented new policies to ensure the wellness of our clients and staff and to ensure we exceed the NSW health guidelines.
• If you are unwell, please do not enter the studio until you are feeling 100%
• All mat and barre classes are capped at less then 20 clients
• All equipment is cleaned between each use
• All common touch points are frequently cleaned.
• Please ensure you bring along your own water bottle, towel and grip socks
• Arrive only 2 minutes before your session starts to avoid congregating.
All group classes / studio sessions are 50 minutes in duration. You are required to bring your own towel, water bottle and wear comfortable exercise clothing, including socks, when participating in your class/session.
We happily accept block studio semi-private session bookings at the same day / time each week.
Classes are scheduled on a “first come, first served” basis. Online bookings open 3 months in advance with the exception of the Christmas Period. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Online bookings for classes close 20mins prior to class start time.
All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.
All classes and sessions must be pre-booked & pre-paid. Payment is due & payable at the time of booking and can be made via:

Unlimited fortnightly memberships are billed fortnightly from the date membership commences via credit card or debit bank account.
Fortnightly memberships (excluding the life changer mat/barre and reformer) have a 1 month expiry. We have allocated this “wiggle” room due to unforeseeable circumstances (such as COVID). Your pack will therefore roll over on your last visit or after 1 month, which ever comes first.
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Memberships are paid in advance so no refunds can be awarded once the transaction has been made if you fail to give the Studio adequate notice via email.
Refunds based on change of mind or circumstance or simply forgetting to let us know will not be possible.
You can put your membership on hold for a minimum of 1 week at a time weeks.

10 Pack/Autopay Packs
An Auto Pay pack is a direct debit membership with payments setup through eDebit and renewed on the day of your last scheduled visit. For example: When you come in for the 10th session of your 10 Auto Pay pack, the next payment will be charged from your nominated account. Village Pilates Auto Pay Packs are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and are not redeemable for cash. Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all clients.
When you are running low on classes and/or sessions, we will send you an email letting you know that it’s nearly finished and the next payment will be deducted once you have attended your last class or session. You do not need to do anything as the payment will be automatically deducted from your chosen account. If your account information changes (i.e. expired credit card) please be sure to update the information the next time you’re in the studio as there will be a charge for any declined / default payments.
Auto Pay 10 Packs – 3 month expiry.
*Expiry packs cannot be extended except in case of injury with a medical certificate.
FEES CHARGED BY EZIDEBIT FOR FAILED DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENTS

Standard Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your class or session and have given the minimum 24 hours notice, that class or session will not be deducted from your membership.
Due to the small number of clients per class/session, any cancellation made within the 24 hour window, a class/session will be deducted from you membership.
Village Pilates may cancel group classes if two or less people are booked in. We will inform you via email / sms / phone, at least 2 hours prior to the class.
Instructors may change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
To cancel a membership please advise Village Pilates, in writing, at least 72 hours before your membership is due to roll over.
THE MAT APP SUBSCRIPTIONS:
• Subscriptions billed monthly or annually.
• Payments are setup directly through The Mat App and the third party provider, Uscreen.
• Cancellations are controlled by you, simply log into your account to cancel
• No refunds
• Subscription allows access to ‘The Mat App’ & Facebook community page.
• Online memberships cannot pay for any in-studio services, these are non-transferrable.
Workshops Terms & Policy
Payment for workshops are required upfront and via the payment methods advertised specific to each individual workshop.
i) No refunds given.
ii) Tickets are transferable to another person in the event you cannot attend, please advise the studio or individual organiser advertised of the exchange prior to the session. Ticket holder transfers must be of equal or lesser value.
iii) Payments / Bookings for a workshop are final and not transferrable between other services or workshops held or hosted by Village Pilates and their affiliates.
